Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times when on the premises and should refer to the Fair Play Policy below.

Only food and drinks purchased at Wild Tots Play Cafe can be consumed within the premises (including any outside seating) unless discussed otherwise with the management. No food or drink is permitted in the play areas.

No decorations are permitted without prior agreement in writing.

Wild Tots Play Cafe cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to any personal property.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove people from the premises at the management’s discretion and when the presence or behaviour of such a person may affect the enjoyment and/or safety of other customers or our team members.

Fair Play Policy

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

The Toddler Area and Soft Play area located on the mezzanine is only permitted for children under the age of 3.

We do not recommend children over 1.5m (4ft 11in) in height use the play equipment.

The play nets are not recommended for adult use as there is a weight limit of 200kg per section of nets. It is forbidden to climb on the netting.

To use the slides safely, always descend in a seated position with legs facing forward. When safely descended you must clear the bottom of the slide as soon as possible so the next person can use it safely.

We recommend that children’s arms and legs are covered in order to reduce the risk of friction burns when using the play equipment, even on hot days. The play centre is air conditioned to account for this.

No sharp objects, pens, belts with buckles, jewellery, hair pins, money etc… should be taken into the play area.

No shoes are to be worn in the play area and can be stored in the stow boxes by the entrance to the play area or under their tables. For hygiene and safety reasons it is required that children and adults wear socks when using the play equipment.

No food or drink is to be taken into the play area. No chewing gum or nut products are permitted in the premises.

Children who are noticeably unwell must not use the facilities due to the risk of spreading the illness to others.

Wild Tots Play Cafe is thoroughly cleaned daily.

There will always be a first aider on the premises and basic first aid provision available.

Due to safeguarding – please ensure that no photography/videography is taken that includes any other children who are not within your care. In relation to private functions such as birthday parties, you are welcome to take photos/videos providing you have had prior consent from all parents/guardians involved.

By purchasing a Play Pass you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions outlined above.
